This treatment stimulates the creation of collagen,  it

Ulthera doesn't involve any creams, fillers or toxins; it just relies on your body's own collagen-building process for natural, noticeable results.

Who is a good candidate for Ulthera?

Men and women looking to have firm skin . with lowered eyebrow line or sagging skin on the neck or the jowls, with mature skin or looking to prevent more progressive aging. 


How it feels? As the ultrasound energy is delivered, you will feel tiny amounts of energy being deposited to precise depths, indicating that the collagen-building process has been initiated. Comfort levels vary from person to person, but the sensation only lasts while the ultrasound energy is being delivered.. Most of our clients do not feel any pain and we numb the area.  If your experience pain or headache or bruising it will usually reside by 3 hours to 3 weeks. 


Can I take pain medication? Tylenol is allowed prior or after treatment.

Void sun, hot showers, heat, cold packs or anti-inflammatory drugs for the first 72 hours after treatment.

How long treatment takes?  Expect 1.5 to 3 hours depending on client and skin condition, sometimes technician will split sessions from 1 to 2 visits depending on skin issue.  Only one treatment is needed per every 1 to 3 years.  How long results last depends on skin condition and after care. Please consult with esthetician on what other treatments compliment ulthera, we have many.

Not for clients with :

  •  Open wounds or lesions in the treatment area

  • Severe or cystic acne in the treatment area

  • Active implants (e.g., pacemakers or defibrillators), or metallic implants in the treatment area Mechanical implants

  • Dermal fillers

  • Breast implants Treatment energy is not recommended for use directly on an existing keloid.

  •  Thyroid gland, thyroid cartilage and trachea, issues with major vessels

  • Not to be used on Breast tissue or breast implants

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women, anyone under 18

  • An active systemic or local skin disease that may alter wound healing or Herpes Simplex or Autoimmune Disease or Diabetes or Epilepsy or Bell’s Palsy

  • Clients in need of surgical facelift

  • Clients with too many fillers 

  • Clients with high expectations as results vary from client to client and skincare benefits and results also depend on the damage that each individual has, please be advised that we will let know what other options are available for you and what other treatments will help your condition

We are trained in ultherapy ( A Branded machine of ulthera technology, like coca cola or nike is to soda and shoes), Ulthera and HIFU technologies.  What is difference between Ulthera and HIFU?  Ulthera is currently higher frequency HIFU compared to regular HIFU & HIFU2D machines. In Europe HIFU4D has not made its way to USA yet, with promising results compared to Ulthera machines. Currently we have Ulthera technology but we are keeping or eye out for further information about new and better technology with each advanced training we attend. 

How many treatments are needed?

 The majority of patients only need one treatment, while those with a fair amount of laxity may need more than one treatment. Annual touch-up treatments can help slow down the rate of skin aging. Some clients will need treatments to treat their specific needs. Results progress from2-3 months after treatment and can last over a year as fresh collagen is developed.
